The Happy Hour Has Evolved

For several years, The Happy Hour served as a live weekly space where we gathered to have honest conversations about mental health, relationships, anxiety, emotional healing, boundaries, self-worth, and personal growth.

While I am no longer hosting The Happy Hour as a live weekly event, the conversations are still available.

Where Is The Happy Hour?

I have created a growing library of Happy Hour replays on my YouTube channel so you can access these conversations whenever they fit your schedule.

Whether you're looking to better understand:

• Anxiety and Overthinking
• Emotional Labor and Burnout
• Healthy Boundaries
• Emotional Abuse Recovery
• Relationship Patterns
• Self-Trust and Core Beliefs
• Validation and Emotional Safety
• Depression and Emotional Wellness
• Trauma and Nervous System Regulation

there is a Happy Hour episode available for you.

My goal has always been to make mental health education accessible, practical, and relevant to everyday life. While the format is changing, that mission remains the same.

What Is The Happy Hour?

The Happy Hour was my weekly live wellness webinar where we explore mental health topics that support clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable well-being.

This space was created for people who want to better understand themselves, make thoughtful changes in their lives, and tend to their mental health as a lifestyle — not just in moments of crisis.

Each session is grounded, practical, and for US (*wink). It’s not therapy, but it is therapeutic.

All Happy Hour replays are available free on YouTube.
